For the second stage, each team supposed to write a new proposal to be presented in Campaign Competition on Tuesday, 19 July 2011 on the new theme

"Preserving National Values in Global Dynamics: The Role of Public Relations"

 
- Proposal and slide presentation to be submitted at the latest on Thursday, 14 July 2011
- Proposal should be written in the same format with the 1st stage
- Slide presentation should be written in English, maximum 6 slides
- Each team will have the opportunity to present their proposal within 10 minutes in English
- Juries will ask 3 questions after each presentation and each team only have 15 minutes to answer all questions
- Awards will be announced at Professional Seminar, 20 July 2011
- Finalist are welcome to join Professional Seminar and PR Networking *

Call for Entry

Terbuka untuk mahasiswa DIII/S1 (yang masih aktif kuliah)
Per kelompok terdiri dari 3 (tiga) orang
Setiap kampus dapat mengirimkan maksimum 3 (tiga) proposal program

Peserta diharapkan memasukkan proposal/usulan program PR untuk salah satu topik:
A. Boosting Nationalism among young generation through the power of PR
B. The impact of Globalization on preserving the local culture and heritage
C. The Challenges of PR students in facing the dynamics of PR practice

Tahap 1
  • Membuat program PR dalam Bahasa Inggris atau Bahasa Indonesia, maksimum 4 halaman diketik dengan huruf Arial 11, 1 ½ spasi, di kertas A4 dalam Word format.
  • Proposal harus mengikuti format sebagai berikut:
    1. Problem /Opportunity( Permasalahan dan Peluang)
    2. Research (Data pendukung masalah dan peluang/0
    3. Planning (Perencanaan (strategi, taktik dan operasionalisasinya)
    4. Evaluation (Pengukuran keberhasilan program – perubahan sikap publik)
  • Proposal harus masuk ke Panitia PR Week 2011 selambatnya pada tanggal 25 Juni 2011
  • Tim Juri akan menyeleksi dan menentukan Pemenang dari masing-masing topik
  • Pemenang 3 peringkat teratas akan diberitahukan secara tertulis pada minggu pertama bulan Juli 2011
  • Kepada ke 3 pemenang, akan diberikan 1 topik baru untuk dilombakan.

Tahap 2

  • Proposal tahap ke II dibuat dengan format yang sama seperti pada tahap I.
  • Proposal dapat ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris atau Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proposal dilengkapi dengan power point presentation (dalam bahasa Inggris) maksimum 10 slide untuk dipresentasikan pada tanggal 19 Juli 2011
  • Waktu untuk presentasi (dalam bahasa Inggris) - 10 menit, dan 10 menit untuk menjawab pertanyaan dari Tim Juri.
  • Proposal dan materi powerpoint yang akan dipresentasikan harus diterima Panitia selambatnya pada tanggal 12 Juli 2011
